How should I choose my size ?

Our products are cut to fit true to size as much as possible. Medium means real Medium. Small means Small. We edit our styles in a straight cut and a slim fit but our clothes remain comfortable. We provide detailed sizing charts on each product page.

Do I need to subscribe to order your collections ?

Yes, subscription is necessary. It makes it much easier for us to prepare your order and enables you to follow your orders and exchange/refund online. Our business is online exclusively and having you as a member helps us provide with the best experience.

Why do you suggest a wishlist on sold-out styles ?

As part of our philosophy, we produce our collections in small quantities. Some popular items can sell out very quickly, so we will restock our best basics regularly and keep you updated.
 
When you use our wishlist feature, you will receive priority email notifications when soldout items are restocked, so you can purchase your favorite product before it sells out again.
 

Is online payment secure ?

Online payment on maisonstandards.com is perfectly secure. We have no access to your data. Our confidential policy is very strict and we selected the best online payment facility.

Do you ship internationally ?

We deliver in France and in most countries across Europe : Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luwembourg, UK, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Portugal, Finland, Norway and Sweden and in the USA.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are shipped via La Poste (French postal Service) with 2 alternative services : Standard (France-Europe) : Your order is shipped 2-3 working days upon order confirmation in France and 3-5 working days in Europe. Premium (Paris only) : Order is delivered within 24 hours, the day following your order before 1 pm. Expedited packages are subject to an additional charge, depending on weight of the package.

I may not be here for delivery, how do I retrieve my parcel ?

If you're not present, a notice will be left in your mailbox which will allow you to remove your parcel to your post office during the opening hours, within 15 days.
 

How can I track my parcel ?

How can I make a return or exchange a product?

If for any reason you want to exchange your purchase or return it for a refund, we'd be happy to assist you. We accept returns/exchange within 10 days of purchase. Items should be sent back in the original packaging and should be unworn, unwashed,and undamaged. Costs of return postage are assumed by the client.
