TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Article 1 â€“ Registration
The general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.maisonstandards.com for the purchase of products presented on the Site by the company MAISON STANDARDS, simplified stock company with its headquarters at 3 rue de la CitĂ© Universitaire in Paris (75014), registered with the RCS Paris under number 789 232 451 (No VAT FR 18 7892 32451).
Subject to any contrary provision of law, the Terms and Conditions applicable to the relationship established between the customer and MAISON STANDARDS are those in effect on the date of confirmation of the order.
They apply to the exclusion of all other conditions. MAISON STANDARDS does not make solicitation calls, the provisions of the Consumer Code relating to the solicitation calls at home are not applicable to order under these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 â€“ Orders
The orders are carried out exclusively on the site. The connection fee and internet access are the responsibility of the customer.
All orders are validated by the client â€śdouble clickingâ€ť, which constitutes a fixed acceptance which can only be challenged within the bounds provided in the Terms and Conditions. In terms of the law; the so called â€śdouble clickâ€ť, associated with the authentication of the procedure and its non repudiation, and the protection of message integrity, constitutes an electronic signature, which has as much value between the parties as a handwritten signature.
Unless provided otherwise, the data recorded by MAISON STANDARDS constitutes proof of all transactions between MAISON STANDARDS and its customers. A confirmation of the validated order by the customer will be e-mail to him/ her prior to shipping the order, and will finalise the sale subject to the right to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The version of Terms and Conditions applicable to a given order can be maintained by the Customer computing management or printed on a piece of paper.
Article 3 â€“ Availability
MAISON STANDARDS reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be charged based on the rights in effect at the time of confirmation of the Customers order.
Product prices are in euros including all taxes (including VAT at current rate), excluding the processing fee and shipping which are subject to a separate section at the time of the order, according to the characteristics of the order. These fees are made known to the Customer before the validation phase of the order.â€¨
We constantly verify that the indicated prices are correct, however we are unable to guarantee the complete absence of errors. If an error in the price of an article does appear, we will give you the possibility to reconfirm the purchase of the product at the correct price or to cancel the order.
If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled. We are not obliged to sell a product at the incorrect price, even if the order summary has already been sent. Products remain the property of MAISON STANDARDS until full payment.
The settlement order is made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, other credit cards). The card is charged at the time of confirmation of the order. The Customer recognizes expressly that the communication of its number of bank card at MAISON STANDARDS is worth authorization to debit its account for the ordered products.
The data recorded and preserved by STANDARD HOUSE establish the proof of the order and all the past transactions.
The data recorded by RENTABILIWEB establish the proof of the financial transactions.
Article 5 â€“ Delivery
The delivery times are indicated in working days.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday by Poste Colissimo and Chronopost services, depending on the option selected by the customer during the order validation.
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer. It must be the home address of the Customer, a person of their choice or a legal entity (the delivery company). No deliveries will be made in hotels or PO boxes.
Orders are shipped the same day if the order is placed before 2 pm or they will be shipped the next day.
In order to these deadlines are met, the Customer must ensure that he/she has provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (for example: NÂ° street, building, stairs, access codes , names and / or numbers intercom...).
Deadlines are indicative, they correspond to the average time for processing and delivery. MAISON STANDARDS is not responsible for delivery delays which are beyond its control.
In the case of lengthy delivery or non-receipt of goods ordered, the customer may contact customer service by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org . An investigation will be opened with The Post office to locate your parcel. The duration of this investigation can vary from 3 weeks to 1 month, according to periods. If the parcel is found, it will be immediately forwarded to the address indicated in the order. If the parcel is lost by The Post, the products will be returned (subject to availability) or refunded. No refund or return of products will be done before completion of the investigation. Any reservations about the status of products (e.g. opened or damaged packages) must be notified immediately upon delivery to the carrier.
In application of article L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer may request a refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt the order. Return of product is the Customer's responsibility and at his/her own risk. Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original state, new, unworn, unwashed, with the voucher return printed on the site, in the "My Account" part at the following address:

The customer must also attach a copy of the invoice or any other element that identifies the command in question. After an initial exchange or a credit memo request, it is not possible to get a refund of your order.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of MAISON STANDARDS if the product delivered is different from the product ordered or damaged. If there is a lack of compliance of these conditions by the Customer, including the conditions for return or exchange, MAISON STANDARDS can not make the reimbursement of products concerned.
Photos are for illustrative purposes. The Customer is advised to refer to the description of each product to know the precise characteristics. If in doubt, or to obtain additional information, you can contact customer services by email.
MAISON STANDARD will reimburse the customer or exchange products of apparently defective, damaged or spoilt or which do not correspond to the order. In this case, the Customer must make a written statement of the situation in detail, and return (s) Product (s).
In any event, the Customer has legal guarantees of compliance and hidden defects, in accordance with legal provisions:â€¨â€¨
Reminder of articles L.211-4, L.211-5 and L.211-12 of the Consumer Code, and sections 1641 and 1648, first paragraph, the Civil Code:

The vendor is required to guarantee in respect of hidden defects of the thing sold which render it unfit for the purpose for which it was intended, or which so diminish this use, that the buyer would not have acquired, or would have paid a lower price if he had known. "

The action resulting from latent defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect. "
All illustrations, images, characters, formats, graphics, and site characters are and remain the exclusive property of MAISON STANDARDS or holders of such rights which have granted an exploitation right to MAISON STANDARDS. Any reproduction, performance or use of such rights by a Customer shall constitute an offense giving rise to legal action.
Article 9 - PropriĂ©tĂ© Intellectuelle et Industrielle
Toutes les illustrations, images, caractĂ¨res, modes de prĂ©sentation, graphisme, caractĂ¨res du Site sont et demeurent la propriĂ©tĂ© exclusive de MAISON STANDARDS ou des titulaires desdits droits ayant accordĂ© un droit d'exploitation Ă MAISON STANDARDS. Toute reproduction, reprĂ©sentation ou utilisation des dits droits par un Client sera constitutif d'une faute donnant lieu Ă poursuites judiciaires.
Article 10 â€“ Data Protection, Personal Data
The information and data concerning the Customer is strictly necessary for order management, implementation and monitoring of business relationships, as well as for internal statistical purposes.
The database formed has thus been declared by the CNIL (No. 1475943). This data can be sent to companies involved in these relationships (such as those responsible for the performance of services and controls) for their management, execution, processing and payment.
This data is also retained to pursue security objectives, identification of improvement and customization services.
The Customer has at any time the right to access, correct or oppose any personal data. This right is exercised by email.â€¨â€¨
The customer will at any time have the right to object free of charge for the future, on terms specified in each shipment.

The secrecy of correspondence is not guaranteed on the Internet, it is up to each Internet user to take all appropriate measures to protect its own data and / or software from contamination by viruses circulating on the Internet.
