Return an item
Any item purchased can be returned to us by Colissimo or in store within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Products for which the return slip was created during the 14-day withdrawal period but deposited at the Post Office outside this period will be refunded in the form of a credit note valid for 6 months.
In-store purchases cannot be returned by mail.
Return shipping for orders you placed online and wish to cancel is free of charge for Maison Standards in mainland France, Germany, and the Benelux countries.
